Program Description

This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have filled a form with SunPowered Scaling, a trade name of Novasolagency LLC, through our website at https://sunpoweredscaling.com, or via our scheduling forms, and who have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated, non-pre-checked checkbox for SMS consent. Upon opt-in, you will receive a confirmation message. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.

OPT-OUT Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 786-400-2115. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you a confirmation reply such as: "You have been unsubscribed from SunPowered Scaling messages. No further messages will be sent." After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
